The hosts are approachable and provide great local recommendations.
Finding the Riad was an absolute nightmare. I had to navigate through dark alleys that felt unsafe. I was blindsided by the payment issue, as they only accepted cash in Euros and charged an unexpected commission. Dealing with the staff was frustrating. they were rude and seemed unhelpful when I tried to clarify the payment situation.

This place is well located right in the heart of Medina, proper convenient for getting about. The rooftop was a peach for soaking up the sun and meeting fellow travelers, but the shower was a bit of a faff when it got busy. a solid choice!

The culinary delights nearby are unreal, especially the Italian grilled meat—an experience to savor. The vibrant rooftop view adds to the charm, and the decor truly captures that authentic Moroccan feel. Plus, the showers are hot when there’s no one else around, perfect after a day of exploring.
The hotel only accepted cash in Euros, and there was unexpected rudeness from staff demanding payment and an undisclosed 'commission. ' We paid more than expected just to avoid hassle, which didn’t sit right with us. But overall, the ambiance made things shine.

Charming atmosphere with amazing staff
The stay was truly enjoyable, especially thanks to the stunning decor and the relaxing rooftop that was perfect for unwinding after exploring the vibrant souks. The staff went above and beyond, helping to plan our trip and even preparing a thoughtful gift for my birthday, which made the experience extra special. I did find the shared dorm room a bit cramped, which made getting settled a challenge.

The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll to the main square, making it easy to explore the area. The staff, particularly the hosts, are attentive and genuinely friendly, offering great local recommendations and even preparing tea upon request. the plumbing was a bit slow at times, and while the rooftop terrace provides lovely views, it can be a bit cramped during busy hours. Breakfast was satisfactory with a cozy selection, but could benefit from more variety.
